CompuAdd Information Services (CIS), the custom software service company recently spun off from CompuAdd Computer Corp., has formed a partnership with Silent Partner Software a Tampa, Fla., to develop customized solutions for the retail industry. CIS will use Silent Partner's "codeless" software application generator to develop trasparent hardware and software solutions for retailers. The companies will develop a modular suit of retail management applications which retailers can mix and match to their needs -- including software for POS systems, scanners, cash registers, hand-held systems, PCs or mainframes.
