Citadel buys into PC market. (Citadel Computer Systems Inc. acquires Astonishing Developments Inc.)

Citadel Computer Systems of Houston has agreed to acquire Astonishing Developments Inc., creators of the popular WinShield product line, for stock and cash. Citadel develops security and management programs for computer networks. ADI makes security and configuration protection software for "stand alone" PCs.
The buy will allow Citadel to migrate its products into the PC market, and at the same time integrate ADI's WinShield software into Citadel's line for the network market. WinShield has won accolades from several computer publications.
