Siemens Power Generation Group has received orders for over

$2.2 billion for the first three quarters of its fiscal year 1998/99.

According to Siemens Westinghouse Power Corporation the orders include

power plant equipment as well as services to US-based power producers.

These new additions will add over 7,000MW to the US power grid. Orders were
