A.S. Pratt and Sons (Arlington, VA) has begun the publication of Pratt's Bank Law & Regulatory Report newsletter. An annual subscription to the new monthly publication costs $215.
The new publication is being targeted to compliance officers at financial institutions, CEOs and attorneys. It is designed to cover regulations, federal legislation, and litigation "of urgent importance" to its target audience, Pratt said.
Editorial includes coverage of such topics as regulatory changes at the OCC, FDIC and FRB, banking legislation, Treasury Department developments, relevant litigation affecting banks, and related developments that impact on bankers and their attorneys in their attempts to assure compliance with the law.
