Lexis-Nexis (Dayton, OH) has started Intellectual Property Solutions, a package of intellectual property files, case law, news, references, tools and document delivery. It is being targeted to trademark attorneys, intellectual property librarians, and related corporate professionals.
The site includes four new European Patent Office files searchable in English, German or French, with the latter two containing English Abstracts. The "EPOPAT file contains European patent applications from 1986 and patents granted from 1991 and is updated weekly. The International Patent Document Center file is an index of equivalent foreign patents from 66 countries and legal status information from 22 countries. The EPO Board of Appeals Decisions contains decisions from 1979...
