The American Bar Association has published Persuasion: The Litigator's Art, a volume with information on how to win over both judges and juries. It covers: using exhibits and demonstrative evidence, examining witnesses and voir dire, the role of the media, principles of opening and closing arguments, trial persuasion, and elements of argument to judges.

It also includes examples of Supreme Court oral arguments. The volume is the fourth in a series called the "Litigation Bookshelf," which also includes Examining Witnesses, Effective Depositions, and Expert Witnesses. The book costs $95 for ABA members; $110 for nonmembers.
