The state of Indiana Supreme Court has signed an agreement with LexisNexis (Dayton, OH) to provide access to LexisNexis services to all trial court judicial officers of courts of record and circuit court clerks in the state. The $240,000, two-year agreement also allows government agencies, departments and municipalities to use LexisNexis information at the same price as the Supreme Court paid.
