The single volume examines the laws and regulations available to remedy intellectual property infringement and also addresses Section 337 proceedings as well as border enforcement of exclusion orders.

It also covers U.S. Custom Service remedies for alledgedly infringing imports, proceedings before the U.S. Trade Representative and WTO dispute resolution. Other chapters cover such topics as Japanese copyright law, related international regulations, trading arrangements in the Pacific Rim and world intellectual property rights and remedies.
