Lexisnexis publishes journal title for ABA section.

LexisNexis (Dayton, OH) has begun the production of Coverage, a new journal from the Committee on Insurance Coverage Litigation of the American Bar Association (Chicago, IL) Section of Litigation. It will published six times a year and an annual subscription costs $255.

The ABA said the title will carry articles "about important and cutting-edge issues and insurance coverage litigation decisions," as well as information about Committee meetings and activities. Editorial will cover the full range of issues related to insurance coverage law, including claims in the tort, employment, e-commerce, intentional acts, and emerging areas of insurance law.

Specific sample articles cover: ethics, indemnification from excess carriers, insurance company...
