Wolters Kluwer acquires National Media Technologies.

Wolters Kluwer North America (Chicago, IL) has acquired National Media Technologies (NMT; New York), a provider of digital document conversion and filing services for securities compliance. NMT will become a part of Kluwer's CCH, Inc. (Riverwoods, IL) division. No terms of the deal were given.

NMT's document service bureau handles all aspects of SEC legal filings. Its customers can place, receive and monitor orders, as well as access and complete SEC forms on its Web site. Founded in 1996, the company had 2001 fiscal year revenues of approximately $5.4 million and has 40 employees. Clients include large corporations, law firms, accounting firms, mutual funds and real estate companies.
