The American Law Institute (Philadelphia, PA) will release Principles of the Law of Family Dissolution: Analysis and Recommendations, a hardbound volume, in September. The ALI said the book "completes more than a decade of work on the legal consequences of family dissolution," including those involving domestic partners.

Editorial covers the allocation of custodial and decision--making responsibilities for children, including enforcement, child support, distribution of marital property, compensatory payments and entitlements to former spouses, and the legal effect of agreements between the parties. The new volume costs $112 through September 30; $125 thereafter.
