International Data Group (Boston, MA) has published the first issue of Chief Security Officer (CSO), a new monthly, security-focused magazine targeted to chief security officers and related security executives. The title has a controlled circulation of 25,000. IDG said the premier 76-page issue includes 35 pages of paid ads.

Editorial for the first issue focuses on "the convergence of physical and digital security," IDG said, and covers the physical security measures businesses should be implementing.
