DePaul University School of Law (Chicago, IL) has closed and merged the DePaul Business Law Journal, established in 1989, and the Commercial Law Journal, launched in 1930, and has begun the quarterly publication of DePaul Business & Commercial Law Journal. The first issue includes articles on: employee and director accountability to shareholders; the case for preserving complete Carrack preemption; executive compensation agreements and misclassification of private employment tax claims.
