"Bankruptcy Law Journal" from Rutgers Law School.

Rutgers University School of Law (Newark, NJ) has begun the publication of Bankruptcy Law Journal (bankruptcy.rutgers.edu), a new title that will be initially produced online twice a year. Access is free. A print edition is planned for later in 2004.

Rutgers said the journal is "committed to providing ... noteworthy bankruptcy information that affects our local communities and the public in general." It focuses on general bankruptcy topics and includes research and information on various bankruptcy, debtor-creditor and insolvency topics. The journal is designed to offer an academic forum for the discussion of issues affecting bankruptcy law, trends and theory, the school said.
