Matthew Bender (Charlottesville, VA), a unit of LexisNexis (Dayton, OH), has launched Labor and Employment Law, a new information service that includes an 11-volume looseleaf set that is updated on a quarterly basis as well as a monthly newsletter. An annual subscription to the service costs $1339.
Designed to be the "definitive and complete" guide to labor and employment law, the new service provides coverage of both federal and state law. It carries analysis on all aspects of labor and employment law, including such topics as union elections, sexual harassment, employment arbitration, wage and hour law, and employee privacy, among others.
