The National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA; South Bend, IN) has released "Americans with Disabilities Act: Commentaries and Statutes," a paperback book that is designed to provide attorneys and law students with guidance to the basic issues and concepts surrounding the application of the ADA to employment law practice.

Commentaries explain the Act's definitions, criteria for qualification under the act, employer accommodation of the Act's provisions and potential discrimination areas for employers. The new book costs $25.
