LexisNexis (Dayton, OH) has signed a licensing agreement with MDEX Online, Inc. (Evanston, IL) to allow access to The Daubert Tracker database to LexisNexis subscribers. The Daubert Tracker carries court decisions and documents on the admissibility of scientific evidence and expert witness testimony.
It tracks all federal and state evidentiary 'gatekeeping' standards, reported and unreported cases, and includes 14,000 case records and 16,000 expert records. It is updated daily. MDEX Online is a full service medical-legal consulting firm.
