Highline Media purchases "Futures" and "Research" magazines from Adams Business.(Company Profile)

Highline Media (Hoboken, NJ), a publishing company that focuses on information for the financial, insurance and real estate categories, has acquired "Futures" and "Research" magazines from Adams Business Media (Chicago, IL). No terms of the deal were given. Adams was represented by Berkery, Noyes & Co. (New York).

"Futures," established in 1972, is a monthly with a paid and controlled circulation of 60,000 professionals involved in the nation's commodities, financial futures, options and derivatives markets. Highline president/ceo Andrew Goodenough described the title as "the oldest and most recognized name in the derivatives market."
