New York University School of Law (New York) has begun the publication of two new journals, including the "Journal of Law & Liberty" and the "Journal of Law & Business." Both will be published three times a year.
The "Journal of Law & Liberty" was launched earlier this year to provide a forum for the discussion of classical liberal legal scholarship, NYU said, and publishes articles and essays on the nature of rules and orders, legal philosophy, theories of rights and liberty, constitutional law, jurisprudence, legal history and historical and contemporary legislation.
The journal will include articles "of every ideological stripe," particularly those that discuss libertarian or classical liberal ideas. Topics to be covered in 2006 include customary...
