New LexisNexis info service on FRCP.

LexisNexis (Dayton, OH) has launched "FRCP Watch," a new online information service that provides updated case law, news and developments related to e-discovery and recent implementation of new amendments to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The new service is part of the Applied Discovery online law library and is available free of charge. Launched in 2000, the library features information on more than 700 cases related to e-discovery.

The service includes case summaries relevant to the new FRCP rules, "flagged" cases influenced by the changes to the FRCP within the library, monthly Applied Discovery case summary alert that carry updates, links to relevant documents and case analysis, and links and access to the latest information on FRCP via "The Discovery...
