U.S. Equity partners sells ALM to Incisive Media.

Incisive Media (London), a portfolio company of investment firm Apax Partners (London) and a provider of information products in four major areas including financial services, risk management, professional services, and marketing services, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ALM (New York) from U.S. Equity Partners (New York) for $630 million in cash. ALM generated approximately $200 million in revenues in 2006. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of this year.
