LexisNexis (New York) has released "New Appleman Insurance Law Practice Guide," a publication/information service that examines insurance coverage litigation from the perspectives of policyholders, insurers, attorneys and the judiciary. The three-volume set, also available online, includes information on how to determine the merits of a coverage dispute and whether and how to successfully arbitrate, mediate, settle, sue or defend.
