The Assn. for Business Communication (ABC) is undergoing a period of rapid and significant change. Despite this, however, the organization should continue to strive to improve the quality of its efforts, particularly in the areas of teaching, research, liaison, mentoring, consulting and other prominent ABC activities. ABC members should always aim to help students develop a respectable writing style, at the very least and respond effectively to the pressures imposed by modern educational and business environments.

Greetings to all of you - friends new and old, members active and semiactive, international members and visitors, honored guests.
