Leo Berard knows well the hassles of being airborne much of the time and the need for a comfortable home to return to once all the takeoffs, landings, baggage burdens, time zone changes, and sleep deprivation are finally over.
Berard spent four years flying around the country on a weekly basis as a marketing executive for AT&T.
"Being a road warrior was fun for the first six months. After that, the novelty wore off quickly. I soon realized just how hectic and stressful a lifestyle it was," he says.
Berard transitioned to a career as the owner of an independent real estate company. His experience as a frequent flyer helps him advise home-buying clients about heavy travel schedules as they try to find the best available property for their needs.
