A recent AICPA financial planning conference counted some 700 attendees eager to learn more about this niche. In fact, the AICPA is expanding its efforts in this area, looking to move more CPAs over into financial planning. Then too, the Financial Planning Association had some 3,000 attendees at a recent conference. Obviously, this is the wave of the future and efforts are being expended to get CPAs to consider this highly vital component of their practices.
