H.D. Vest has created a new position within its Advisor support department that focuses on identifying top producers' best practices and sharing them with other Advisors and helping Advisors leverage available tools and technology to reduce time spent managing their business and increase time spent with clients.
Dawn Willis has been chosen to head up this endeavor. One of the first items on Willis' agenda is to create practice management training which will be rolled out in 2007 at the new H.D. Vest Elite Academy. The Academy will feature cream-of-the-crop ideas gathered over the 23 years Vest has been working with tax professionals.
