Today more than ever, auditors are busy. Yet, because audit teams are often disconnected from their corporate networks, precious time is wasted battling data sharing, security, document duplication, and collaboration challenges. Historically, Frazier & Deeter's audit teams relied on Bluetooth and diskettes to transfer data among team members when working at client sites. Increasingly, the teams were getting frustrated with the slow transfer of large files. As well, by sharing information on diskettes and transferring data from laptop to laptop, they created multiple versions of files, further confusing workflows.
