It's Ron's fault that we are paperless. Seven years ago, I was sitting in my office and noticed Ron walking down the hall with a load of file folders. A few minutes later, I saw Ron carrying more folders to the file room and heard him stop to talk to Carol, the receptionist. Ten minutes later, Ron was returning from the file room with yet more paper in his arms.

In the space of an hour, Ron had spent a half hour carting paper around the office. Was I really paying a CPA $40 per hour to carry paper up and down my hall?
