MIS Group Plays Guinea Pig

It's not known how many organizations might be following the strategy employed by the MIS Group. But it has been very carefully entering the market, installing SageCRM for its own use nearly two years ago. Now it's ready to ramp up, says CEO Robert Muir, whose organization ballooned to $25 million a year in revenue with this year's merger with the Enterprise Resource Group, making it the largest Sage-only dealer in the United States.

"We wanted to come up with a database that has all of our prospects and all of our customers," says Muir. "We do 100 percent of that effort in CRM. We manage the entire customer experience in CRM."
