TECTURA ENTERS INDIA Reselling giant Tectura resumed its global growth with plans to acquire Euroinfo Systems, a New Delhi-based company that will give Tectura development services for Dynamics AX and NAV and global offshoring capabilities. The company also resells the two Microsoft financial lines and Dynamics CRM in India.
Tectura did not disclose the purchase price or Euroinfo's revenue. However, CEO Terry Petrzelka said that with the addition of 180 employees, his organization will be India's largest Microsoft VAR and will use the development and support resources to reduce costs globally.
