MICROSOFT MOVES STOCKSTAD, MCCOLLUM
Long-time manager Lynne Stockstad and sales executive Craig McCollum have been given new jobs and responsibilities outside of the Microsoft Business Solutions group.
Stockstad, previously VP of strategic marketing, is now in charge of worldwide marketing for the enterprise customer segment. Jon Pratt, general manager for Dynamics GP, moved into her job. Meanwhile, McCollum, who had led worldwide sales strategy and field engagements, has become VP of US Dynamics as part of the SMS&P group. He replaces Jeff Young, who will leave the company.
SAGE PICKS MYSQL
Sage Software has reached an agreement to provide MySQL as a database option for its Peachtree line, as the company follows up last year's declaration that the company would be database agnostic.
