Companies Improve Time-to-Decision, Customer Satisfaction and Employee Productivity with Operational BI

According to research presented in a recent report from Aberdeen Group, a Harte-Hanks Company, entitled “Operational BI: Getting Real-Time About Performance,” best-in-class (BIC) companies using operational business intelligence (BI) have increased their customer retention rates at more than four times the levels of industry average companies. BIC organizations showed significant performance improvements in comparison to industry average and laggard companies in several areas over the previous 12 months.
