Long-time Towers Perrin consultant Kathryn Kelly has had a hard time kicking the entrepreneurial bug. After starting her career with the federal government she launched a health risk appraisal firm. Later she turned her focus to HR consulting. Most recently she led the team that launched ExcellerateHRO, which combined the HR outsourcing business of EDS and Towers Perrin. Now, as president, Kelley is responsible for the company's global sales, strategy and offerings, marketing and communications.
