As a benefits manager, I outsource many traditional employee benefits functions, such as payroll and claims administration for worker's compensation and disability. How do I know which outsourcer is supposed to provide me with an annual SAS 70 report? Recent years have witnessed the steady growth of outsourcing many traditional benefits activities, and this is surely going to continue as companies look for ways to cut costs and gain efficiencies.
