Golf is a forbidden retirement goal for Weyerhaeuser employees, at least in Sally Hass's classrooms. She holds up a big "no golf" poster - complete with red circle and slash - whenever anyone cites the pastime as something they hope to do in their golden years. She's joking, of course. Sort of. What Hass, who is Weyerhaeuser's benefits education manager, really wants to do is to push workers beyond shallow and outdated notions of retirement.

Hass earned this year's Benny Award for Retirement Planning for being a tireless champion of retirement planning education, not only at Weyerhaeuser, but also on the national stage.
