If you turn to this column for news of the latest developments in broker-related technology, this month's message may take you by surprise. Gary Sinderbrand, managing director of PSB Training in Linwood, N.J., says brokers shouldn't waste their time obsessing about technology. Sure, become familiar with the basic technological tools at your disposal, but ignore most of the rest. Technology, he says, can leverage a broker's skills, but it also can be a distraction - and it's not an answer in itself.
