David C. Dicio, a $1.2 million producer at PNC Investments in Pittsburgh, has moved to Ferris Baker Watts Inc. in suburban Sewickley. Dicio had been with PNC and its predecessor, J.J.B. Hilliard, W.L. Lyons Inc., since 1993.

Mark Robare, Jack Jones and Carol Hearn, members of a team with $200 million in client assets and $1 million in revenue last year at Allmerica Financial, recently joined Triad Advisors, Inc., in Houston.

Jody E. Frank and partner Edward L. Marx have joined UBS PaineWebber's flagship branch in New York from CIBC Oppenheimer. The duo, which grossed more than $1 million last year, has been together since their days at Lehman Brothers in the early 1990s. David Honigstock also moved to the same UBS PaineWebber branch from CIBC.
