How did 22-year veteran broker John Moore become one of the airline unions' favorite capitalists? You could say the story started in 1998, when Moore and his wife celebrated their 20th anniversary by touring Israel.
While sitting at a Jerusalem pizzeria, two fellow American tourists struck up a conversation with Moore and soon began asking lots of questions. Of course, asking for free investment advice is not unusual.
