A $5 million team of six Smith Barney advisors has defected to Morgan Stanley's Norwell, Mass., office. John W. Corbett III, Joseph M. McLaughlin, William P. Slimbaugh III and Bennett B. White have joined from Smith Barney's Hingham, Mass., branch. Bruce K. Henderson and Stephen P. Kelliher have arrived from Smith Barney branches in Waltham, Mass., and Brockton, Mass., respectively.
A three-man team with $540 million in assets has left Smith Barney in Nashville to join Morgan Stanley in the city. The trio-Lee M. Burklow Sr., Robert A. Gordon and Christopher J. Sigmund-generated $1.7 million in gross production over the past year.
