For credit unions looking to consolidate technology services, forget it. Despite the condensed CU vendor market, there's still no such thing as a one-stop vendor-and that's according to Liberty CEO Robert D. Anderson, who heads a company that's as close as any to being that one-stop stop.
That could be disappointing news for CUs. With so much gee-whiz technology spewing from a throng of specialized providers, it's no wonder managers dream of engaging just one vendor in an effort to keep automation simple.
