FSCC Achieves Standard

SAN DIMAS-Financial Service Centers Cooperative, Inc., (FSCC) the credit union shared service center network, has certified its first credit union software vendor on the new ISO 8583 specification for shared branching. ISO 8583 is the new industry standard for EFT transactions. Enhanced Software Products (ESP), Spokane, Wash., has certified successfully to the new software interface that FSCC will be using for its shared branching network. FSCC's switch is operated by eFunds Corporation, Milwaukee. All of FSCC's credit unions must be converted to ISO 8583 by Oct. 1, 2002.
