CMG Breaks Ground On Customer Ops Center

CUNA Mutual Group broke ground on its new customer operations center, here, as it continues to revamp its approach to customer service and streamline its operations."We are excited and eager to begin building this state-of-the-art customer service model in Fort Worth," said CUNA Mutual CEO Jeff Post.

"CUNA Mutual will test new technologies and work processes, as we build our customer service office of the future. This ambitious initiative will result in a substantially improved level of service to our credit union customers, in addition to bringing quality careers to the Fort Worth area."
