NCUA Associate Director of External Affairs Justin Grove has been selected to serve on special detail at the U.S. Department of Treasury. Grove will advise and assist Treasury officials with task forces and initiatives dealing with financial education and current issues facing the economy, according to the agency.
"While we are sorry to be without Justin's services during this detail," Chairman JoAnn Johnson said, "I am pleased that the priority NCUA has given to financial literacy initiatives, manifested in activities on behalf of MyMoney.gov and the various Treasury conferences on providing financial services to underserved consumers, has received this level of recognition.
