Rudd's crew claims Atlanta pit win.

Ricky Rudd's pit crew won the McDonald's Drive-Thru Pit Championship fuelled by PowerAde in Sunday's Bass Pro Shops MBNA 500 at the Atlanta Motor Speedway.

Sunday's win was the first victory for #21 Wood Brothers crew in the weekly competition that pays $20,000 to the winner.

Heading into the final three races of the season, the McDonald's/PowerAde points race has heated up with four pit crews in a closely contested battle for the $200,000 champion's bonus.

Leading the chase is the #38 Robert Yates Racing crew for Elliot Sadler with 1160 points. Tony Stewart's crew is second with 1152 points, third is Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s crew (1151) and fourth is Kurt Busch's crew (1144).
