Atlanta unveils Bill Elliott grandstand.

Bill Elliott's name already fills the Atlanta Motor Speedway and NASCAR record books, and on a wet Friday at AMS, speedway officials made Elliott a more permanent fixture at the track he calls his 'home' circuit. To commemorate Georgia born Elliott's 30 years of racing at AMS, speedway officials announced that the facility's East Turn Grandstand will be renamed the Elliott Grandstand in honour of Elliott's and his family's contributions to the sport.
