STR/Force India row to be resolved out of court?

Scuderia Toro Rosso looks to be on the point of drawing a line under its long-running row with Formula 1 rival Force India over the subject of customer cars.

Force India is pursuing both Red Bull's junior team and Honda satellite outfit Super Aguri in a Swiss arbitration court, with the former Spyker concern maintaining that because its rivals are not traditional constructors, they are in contravention of the rules of the sport's governing Concorde Agreement.
