The 2007 and 2006 specification models in this year's DTM will get a weight break for the remainder of the season on the request of Audi and Mercedes.
The basic weight of all non-2008 machinery will drop by 10kg, meaning the Audi A4 2007 and Mercedes C-Class 2007 will weigh in 1045kg and 1040kg respectively.
