Baltimore probe leads to tot's body here

A Baltimore Police Department investigation into the death of a toddler led authorities on Monday to the back yard of a South Philadelphia home.
Law-enforcement officials found a large suitcase filled with human remains at a Philadelphia Housing Authority property on 13th Street near Fitzwater.
An autopsy found the manner of death to be homicide, but did not list a cause of death, said Jeff Moran, spokesman for the Health Department. The autopsy could not confirm the child's identity, he added.
