SHARK. 10 tonight, Channel 3. SIX DEGREES. 10 tonight, Channel 6. REMEMBER WHEN "must-see TV" meant Thursdays on NBC? One channel, three hours (with time, usually, to walk the dog or do laundry in the half-hour between "Friends" and "Seinfeld"). Simpler times. Before CBS' "Survivor" and "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" helped kick NBC off the island.
Before ABC once again became a network with a pulse and decided to pit "Grey's Anatomy" against "CSI."
