IF TATTLE didn't know better, we might think that the escalation of the Rosie O'Donnell-Donald Trump feud is merely a ploy to boost the ratings of "The Apprentice" and "The View." Could two wealthy, popular, intelligent adults really behave like "tag, you're it" children for this long without it being part of some master plan? The battle of egos continued yesterday in the New York Post, where Page Six reported that Rosie blew up at Barbara Walters in the hair-and-makeup room before Monday's show.
